In addition to our healthcare services, we have community health workers who can help you get important resources such as stable housing and healthy food starting at your first appointment with us.

We care for patients from birth through the senior years. Our clinic is located on Freedom Drive in Charlotte, North Carolina, near Berryhill Road in the Ashley Park area. The location is convenient to neighborhoods in uptown and in north and west Charlotte.
